Fergie and Josh Tie the Knot

After over a year engagement, Fergie, 33, and Josh Duhamel, 36, tied the knot on Saturday in Malibu.

The couple exchanged vows under magnolia trees filled with thousands of white roses at the Church Estates Vineyards in Malibu. Their ceremony was then followed by a reception in a tent decorated as a forest of trees, with the ceiling covered in lights.

The couple chose Dolce & Gabbana for their wedding day attire. According to UsMagazine.com, the bride wore a fitted, white ruched, corseted wedding gown with a mesh tulle overlay, spaghetti straps and a long train. The wedding party also wore D&G - Fergie's 10 bridesmaids in black dresses and Duhamel's groomsmen in black suits and white ties.

During the ceremony, the couple exchanged wedding rings, each with an engraved message for each other. Duahmel went with a simple 18K white gold with a brush finish. Fergie's narrow wedding band was designed to match her engagement ring which has a round, 4-carat brilliant cut diamond set amid other diamonds, with colors ranging from white to cognac.

The ancient Romans had a ring known as a betrothal or truth ring that they wore after they were married. They were also the first to wear their wedding rings on the fourth finger of the left hand, which is the most common place for people to wear their engagement rings. Although the people of some countries do wear their rings on the right hand, the left is definitely more common. Many speculate that the tradition of wearing a ring to indicate engagement or marriage began because the vein in the fourth finger of the left hand was thought to run straight to the heart.
For the most part, in America and Canada, it is common for the man to give the woman a diamond engagement ring while he wears no ring until marriage. However, in Brazil, Egypt and many other countries, both females and males wear an engagement ring although they are usually simply matching bands of gold or silver and do not contain diamonds. Historically, in most countries, the future groom will select the ring in private and then present It to the woman as a surprise. However, recently it has been common for many couples to shop for diamond engagement rings together.

New trend got in to the fashion world and to the diamond market.

This new trend revolves around hip hop and rappers artists and called the grill teeth. A mouth grill is a dental piece worn over the teeth and it shouldn't be worn when eating or sleeping.
The idea first started with artists or celebrities with one or two golden teeth. During the 1990's a lot of artists started to stretch this trend into a whole row of golden teeth.
The grill was a symbol of money and success, although these days every average person can own grill teeth.
Today the real attraction became diamond grill teeth which can be shaped and design in many ways.

For example this mouth grill front diamonds is 1ct while the side diamonds are 0.5ct and the fang diamonds are 0.25ct.
As we can see, purchasing this kind of mouth grill can be expensive sometimes for certain people, but of course that it depends on budget. Watch your teeth!

Diamonds on Web Marks 7th Anniversary !

SAN FRANCISCO, Sept. 24 /PRNewswire/ -- Diamonds on Web, the Internet's leading wholesale-direct diamond vendor, today announced their largest sales to date, a 5 carat radiant diamond with an appraised value of over $240,000. They further announced the sale of a 3 carat emerald cut diamond with an appraised value of $110,000, also during the same week. Coincidentally, these sales occurred at the same time that Diamonds on Web was celebrating the 7th anniversary of the launch of their website http://www.diamondsonweb.com/.

Vice President of Marketing, Todd Greenbaum stated "It was very fitting that we should achieve these large sales during the same week as our anniversary as it is the culmination of 7 years of steady growth that has enabled us to emerge as an industry leader and to have earned the confidence and trust of online shoppers to make such substantial purchases."

Diamonds on Web attributes their success primarily to their ability to offer the guaranteed lowest prices on ALL certified diamonds, regardless of the shape or size. Unlike other online vendors such as Blue Nile who do not own their own inventory and have to pay a commission when a diamond is sold, Diamonds on Web carries their own inventory and can therefore eliminate the middle man and pass the savings on to the end customer.

The second pillar of Diamonds on Web's success is their dedication to providing the best customer service in the industry. While Diamonds on Web has the financial power to be able to purchase huge lots of certified diamonds at a time, they are small enough to be able to provide very personalized customer service and to walk customers all the way through the diamond buying process from start to finish.
